Collections
What a Collection is, and the page that holds every one of them.
A Collection is a container that groups Cards that share the same Details: Horses, Coins, Hot Sauces, Equipment, Books, etc.
This page holds every Collection you have made.
You can view them in a grid or in a sortable table:
View
The grid shows the last 3 Cards you viewed, stacked on each other. The most recent Card is on top.
A Collection with no Cards yet shows a striped gray Card which you can use to add an existing Card to the Collection, or add a brand new one.
The table shows the same Collections as three columns: Collection name, all the Cards in the Collection, and the date the Collection was created.
You can start a new Collection from this page at any time:
Opening a Collection takes you to its own page, where its Cards and its shared Details live: Collection Page.
Create a Card Dialog
When you create a Card from a Collection’s striped gray Card, it is automatically added to that Collection.
Enter the name for your new Card. Every Card must have a name, and that name must include either a letter or a number.

Optionally, you can set a color from the presets:

Or you can set a custom color:

If you choose not to set a color and/or pattern, we will assign a random color and/or a random pattern.

A Collection only needs a name to be created. Of course, it is helpful if the Collection name reflects the type of Cards in it.

Once your Collection has been started, its own page is where you add the Detail types every Card in it will share: Collection Page.
